A podcast for construction owners who want to grow

Construction Cash: the podcast that builds your reputation and books bigger jobs.

Hosted by Jonathan Lindsay, Construction Cash is the construction-focused evolution of the Quantum Growth Podcast, a show that has already sat down with the founders behind a billion-dollar fintech, a $500M+ contracting group, and a company scaled past $1B. Now that mic is pointed at your world. Get on the show, become the name homeowners and partners trust, and turn it into jobs.

Why this show exists

We all had someone who helped us before we earned it.

Think back to the start. Somebody handed you a shot, a piece of advice, a job site to learn on, or just told you the truth when you needed it. None of us got here alone. We leaned on people who poured into us before we had paid them back, before we had even earned it.

Construction Cash exists to pass that on. The construction industry is one of the best in the world at the work and one of the most behind on the business side: hiring, marketing, systems, leadership. Owners are left to figure it out alone, the hard way, on their own dime. We do not think it has to be that way.

So we put owners who have figured it out on the mic, in real conversations, and we give it all away. The goal is bigger than any one episode. It is to lift the whole construction industry, one owner at a time, and pay forward what was paid to us.

Who this is for

Built for construction owners doing $1M to $5M a year who want to grow.

If you run the crews, sign the checks, and lie awake thinking about how to grow without breaking what you built, this show is for you. We dig into the parts of the business the trades are behind on, the parts that actually move the needle.

Hiring and building a team

Finding good people, keeping them, and building a crew that runs the job without you on every site.

Marketing and getting leads

How owners get a steady flow of the right jobs instead of riding referrals and praying for the phone to ring.

Systems and operations

The processes that turn a chaotic shop into a machine, so the work gets done right whether you are there or not.

Leadership and culture

Becoming the kind of owner people want to work for, and building a culture that keeps your best people from walking.

Pricing and profit

Charging what the work is worth, protecting your margin, and getting off the price-shopping treadmill for good.

Have a story owners need to hear?

If you have figured one of these out the hard way, you belong on the show. Apply and pass it on.

Why come on the show

An hour on the mic that keeps paying you back.

Homeowners do not hire the cheapest bid. They hire the name they trust. Sitting down for a real conversation makes you that name, and gives you something that works long after the recording stops.

Be the local expert

An hour on the mic puts your name and your knowledge out front. You stop being one more truck in the driveway and become the authority owners and homeowners look up.

Trust that wins the bid

People buy from who they trust. When a homeowner can watch you talk about your craft, the trust is built before you ever quote. You win the job before the price comes up.

Evergreen content to repurpose

One episode becomes reels, posts, and clips you and our team can cut into content. It keeps working for months. See how we turn it into a content engine on our social content service.

Relationships that refer

The show puts you next to other owners, suppliers, and referral partners. Those relationships send work your way long after the episode goes live.
